Lots of people are wondering what’s up with kristenstewart.net, news is never being updated and there’s too much spam in the forums…
First off, I think I owe people an apology, there’s more work involved than most people realize and I simply don’t have the time to focus on maintaining the website. I’m currently busy finishing my university degree which, as most of you can imagine, takes up a lot of my time.
Many people don’t know there IS actually work being done on the website, just not the website as you know it. A team of two people are spending their precious spare moments to work on a new framework that is going to be the base of the website. However, we’re not trying to just re-do the current website.
You see, the website really is a news-site, with a forum and an (VERY outdated) photo gallery. But there are tons of great websites fulfilling that job very well. So instead, we’d rather try and find new stuff that might help to create a community, such as a video database, article database. People would be able to contribute new stuff and rate/comment on everything. It would be up to the community to supply new content and contributors should be rewarded on their help.
